Hello!

Welcome to the online nomination form for the 2010 Philip Lawrence Awards. There are several sections to complete, and you can see your progress as the lights on the tabs turn green. Once you’re done, and all the lights are green, you can submit your entry.

The awards are open to groups of young people aged between 11 and 20 from anywhere in the UK. You can nominate yourselves or a group you know.

You don’t have to complete your nomination all in one go. You’ll get login details so you can save your answers and return as many times as you like, before our closing date on 15 September.

The Philip Lawrence Awards reward and support young people who are taking a lead and making a difference.
